Recently, me and my boyfriend made a quick plan to escape the 46 degree Celsius DELHI and come out with lots of different holiday spots to visit, and finally! We both decided to go for a day trip to Manali. trust me, it’s worth it
Well, so Delhites! if you also want to explore in the Himayalas, Manali is one such option.
Just board the bus from Majnukatilla, it boards around 18:30 hours, (FYI: all the bus will be Volvo)

you can book the tickets from any travel agency in there, or either online

and the next day around 8am or 9am, you will be in Manali, ( Just after nearly 2-3 hours away from the Magnificient Pandoh dam and the cave which nearly covers 3 km’s😱

enough of the journey!
Well, we decided to go to Rothang Pass, the tourist attraction place, (its about 2- 2;30 hours away from Manali) and yes! I decided to take some pictures in the Himalayas 🙂 well, who wouldn’t 😋

Excuse the quality of my pictures, i was actually enjoying the moment instead of looking for all the qualities or the outcomes… ohhh… whatever!

↑well, thats Rothang, The glacier you see here is about 10 minutes away from the Taxi Parking, We took a SNOW BIKE ride to reach here, its freeeeziiinnnng!!!! 

trying the bollywood style by removing my Snow costume, but i couldn’t! its just not my cup of tea.. its freezing in the ass (sorry but excuse my word) well… i tried 😀 although the temperature is some Minus –

this is the smaller glacier near the Taxi parking, so its sunny and i can actually pose, but then the snows are all slippery and i had a hard time climbing it up

 And finally! this is like about 15 minutes away from Rothang, Way back to Manali 🙂 the background is just WOW… 

time to bid farewell to this amazing place and move back to the hot city!!

EXPENSES

Bus fare to Manali from Delhi – 800/- INR

Taxi fare from Manali to Rothang – 1500/- INR

Snow bike ride fare to the highest peak – 1500/-INR (its actually 2000, but i am good in bargaining 😀 kidding! i think its lesser then that actually, like seriously! who pays such for about 10 minutes ride?.. NVM! we had fun)

Snow costume can be borrowed on the way to manali – 250/- INR per person (don’t just ignore it, go for it, its worth it.. or you will freeze to death {it includes the entire costume and the snow boot} )
